Description | 1. Time Entry – Data collection methods should include web-based time entry and biometric/keypad devices. 2. Interface –A bi-directional interface is necessary to facilitate the upload of time entry and retrieval of leave balance information into platforms such as AESOP/USPS 3. Software Updates – Software updates must be available as part the Maintenance Contract, unless specifically noted otherwise 4. Integration into Ohio school financial systems such as State software/SCView/USAS, eFinancePlus, Munis, Workday 5. Decipher and organize multiple classes of employees (i.e. full time, part time, overtime, supplemental, specific departments [transportation, maintenance, custodial], specific contract days) 6. Timely customer support, the ability to "chat" with the Time Clock provider to ask questions and resolve problems. The ability to put in "help tickets" for issues with service. How many people provide customer service from your organization and how quickly can you guarantee issues will be resolved? 7. System to accommodate 'weighted-average' calculations for payroll (OT), recording and calculation for hourly and Spread-Pay employees, different 'classes' of employees and work calendars, and shift-differentials. |
