| Description | This project is to extend a storm drain system from Phase 1 (between MLK Blvd. and E. 27th Avenue) across two city blocks and is to end at E. 25th Avenue. The majority of the work consists of open cut construction of a 8x8 box, a 96 RCP, lateral pipes, inlets, manholes, and drainage structures. Other areas of work include waterline relocation and surface restoration (paving) in areas where construction impacts the existing infrastructure. |
