2022 Fire Station 2 and Municipal Center Roof Project

The City of Warrensburg is accepting sealed bids for the 2022 Fire Station #2 & Municipal Center Roof Project. The work to be performed under this Section consists of the demolition, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk materials, including the general clean-up of the site and associated streets on a daily basis, as described in the contract documents and specifications. It is the intent of these specifications to describe the new roof replacement or treatment at the Warrensburg Fire Department Station #2 & Municipal Center buildings. All written requests pertaining to questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents herein received less that ten (10) consecutive calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. RFI (request for Information) cutoff date for this project for all interested contractors will be December 23, 2022.
