Description

The Street Rehab - Beaufort Street project scope of work generally includes variable depth rotomill up to three (3) inches and three (3) inches of hot mix asphalt overlay, selective soft spot repairs, and concrete ADA and flatwork replacements and improvements. The project encompasses five (5) blocks and two (2) intersections: Beaufort and 7th Street intersection to 9th Street, and 10th Street intersection to 13th Street. Although included in the advertisement to bid, the project will NOT include one (1) alternate for the intersection of Beaufort and 10th Street to regrade the intersection and install new storm sewer infrastructure.
