| Description | The scope of work includes providing roof wind mitigation for the City of North Lauderdale Fire Station 44 main building and the generator room. Structures shall be strengthened to have the capacity to withstand winds of 200 MPH. Patch interior and exterior stucco. Remove and replace all impact resistant Louvers. Remove and replace all impact resistant man doors. Install new bollards. Provide hurricane tie-downs for all mechanical equipment. Remove existing windows that won’t be replaced. Infill openings as per drawing specifications. |
