Preliminary bid results will be posted on within an hour after the bid opening. Project Scope: 1. Replacement of an existing indoor air handling unit and an existing roof-mounted air-cooled condensing unit. Replacement of refrigerant piping and accessories between these units. 2. The addition of a duct-mounted electric heating coil and a duct-mounted air flow measuring station. 3. Power wiring for the new indoor and outdoor units and for the new electric heating coil. 4. Conversion of existing pneumatic controls for the unit from pneumatic to electronic DDC, with additional building automation system monitoring and control for the new heating coil and air flow measuring station. 5. Testing and balancing of to verify that system air flow rates remain the same as at present. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM local time, on Tuesday November 8, 2022, in Room H195, at the Eden Prairie Campus of Hennepin Technical College.
