2023 Dust Control Material

This bid consists of the delivery of Dust Control Material to the Burleigh County Shop and the delivery and application of Dust Control Material to several roadways within the county. Bid packets shall consist of one envelope (plainly marked as Dust Control bid on the outside), the envelope shall contain the bid on the County's bid form. Each successful bidder must submit evidence of general liability insurance coverage prior to award of bid. The mailing address is: County auditor /treasurer, p.O. Box 5518, 221 n. 5th st., bismarck, north dakota 58506. The purpose of the Bond is to assure that the Bidder will honor their unit price commitment for the specified time period. Should a Bidder default on their Contract, the Burleigh County Board of Commissioners will retain the amount of Bond as liquidated damages. Awarded Bids will be considered valid for one year beyond the date of award. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
