It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to be familial- with all aspects of the project and to survey existing conditions and descriptions of work for this project needed to prepare an accurate bid and insure a complete jobThe Contractor will also be responsible for providing the Building Operations Manager of Facilities with a brief safety plan covering Fire Safety regulations. Environmental Safety precautions and Physical Safety precautions of their workers, CCC employees and students. The Building Operations Manager of Facilities has the right to waive or revise the Contractors' plan. This plan needs to be submitted prior to the stat of any job.
