DCAMM Certificate. The Project consists of: Complete roof replacement (one layer) with new lifetime architectural roof shingles, ice and water shield underlayment, and appropriate flashings, drip edge, and ridge vent. In addition, the roof work will include replacement of any damaged sheathing and extension of the eaves to facilitate improved air circulation in the attic space, and preparation for new bath exhaust installation (installation of roof vent and coiled duct work left in attic).
