Fiber Cement Siding

1. Contractor shall tear off damaged vinyl siding and haul away, clearing yard from debris. Clean surface for installation of new siding i.e., nails, torn weather wrap; coat with weather tech roll on weather barrier giving a guaranteed seal to prevent damage from water intrusion from prior nail holes. Install fiber cement board on 41 single family homes with an average of 1,358 square feet to include corners and all trim around windows and doors. 2.
