Description

Hoods and Ducts Cleaning, Repair, and Inspection: Contractor shall provide project management, supervision, all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and all other items and services necessary to successfully perform maintenance and repairs: work consist of 19 commercial type kitchen facilities that require approximately 19 annual inspections, 94 maintenance and cleaning, and 5 minor repairs service call per year. Within a five-year period, the cost magnitude of each service call is approximately $300 - $1,000, with an average cost of $680 per call.
