| Description | The Braxton County Board of Education is requesting bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation for paving at Braxton County High School, Braxton County Middle School, and Braxton County Board Office. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Braxton County Board of Education, shall be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder and all subcontractors will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. |
