DFCM Construction - Commissioning Services - SLCC Herriman Campus Juniper Building

The services of this solicitation include, commissioning of the control, mechanical and electrical systems of the project. The project will likely include a separate Central Plant building and a ground source well field. Provide systems commissioning for the new Juniper Building to be located on Salt Lake Community College’s new Herriman Campus located at approximately 4000 West and 14400 South. The new building will host a variety of academic programs and will consist mainly of office, student services, instructional and support spaces. There will be a small food service area and biology lab. The project will likely include a separate central plant building and ground source well field.
