Construction Services of a West Jordan Community Arts Center

The site for the new community arts center will be on approximately 5-acres south of the Gene Fullmer Recreation Center; immediately east of the outdoor swimming pool. The general information for this new community arts center is as follows: 1. The building will be approximately 16,000 square feet. 2. The community arts center will be located at approximately 8135 South 2200 West, West Jordan, UT. 3. The projected time frame for this project is for construction to begin early summer of 2020 with final completion to occur in 2021, anticipating a twelve (12) month construction period. 4. The projected budget for construction for this building has been established at $5.8 million. 5. Bonding range for this project is estimated to be $5,000,000 to $6,000,000.
