General Contract $675,000 Alternate 1, Beeghly Center- Full Modernization $360,000 Alternate 2, Jones Hall- Full Modernization both Elevators $600,000 Alternate 3, Beeghly Center - Pit Water Infiltration $75,000 Alternate 4, Beeghly Center - Cab/Hall Upgrades $120,000 Alternate 5, Jones Hall - Cab/ Hall Upgrades $200,000 Alternate 6, Jones Hall - Door Operators $90,000 Selective demolition of walls, doors and frames, finishes, etc. Construction of new metal stud partition walls, installation of new doors and frames, finishes, etc. Elevator work shall include all work as described within the construction documents, generally including repair or replacement of elevator equipment and components. Mechanical work shall include all work as described within the construction documents, generally including installation of split system units within each machine room. Electrical work shall include all work as described within the construction documents, generally including power as required to meet code requirements and to serve the elevator upgrades, replacement of lighting within the elevator pits and machine rooms, and required fire alarm work. Plumbing work shall include all work as described within the construction documents, generally including sump pump /floor drain work within each elevator pit.
