Description

Renewal of site and building systems with less than 5-years of remaining life, including select demolition, select grading and storm water drainage and parking lot improvements, roofing and roof drainage, air-side and water-side HVAC, BAS controls, electrical power modifications to support new HVAC system, building envelope (select repairs and exterior finishes), low voltage (fire alarm, intercom, CCTV, access control and intrusion detection), plumbing, LED lighting enhancement, and interior finishes. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. Scope will also include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing. Due to the complexity and variety of scope items, preference will be given to a Prime with Architectural experience. Design/Pre-construction Services Commencement: January 2023 Construction Notice to Proceed: May 2024 Substantial Completion: May 2025
