The project shall generally consist of repairing of the existing concrete spillway wall cracks and spalls; installation of a temporary cofferdam and temporary syphon piping to dewater the spillway; re-tensioning of existing cable rails; the addition of helical pier supports along the upper sidewalls; installation of new concrete topping slabs; replacing timber framing (rails and posts) on the existing guardrails; and all related appurtenances
