| Description | Work of this Contract comprises of removing and disposing of existing Asphalt shingle roofing system and Flat Membrane roofing systems and all associated underlayments as required up to existing roof framing/structure as occurs and replacing with new Asphalt shingle roofing system and TPO roof system and all associated underlayments as required for the scope of work identified as “Roof Replacement at West Shore and Warwick Terrace Community Buildings”. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) the demolition and removal of the existing roof systems and underlayments as specified, and replacing at same locations with new roof system and underlayments, removal/salvage/re-installation of existing gutters and downspouts to perform work, removal and replacement of venting and removal and replacement of metal coping as shown on drawings and specified. |
