Description

The West Virginia department of environmental protection, is soliciting bids to establish a contract for Hanlon #1 well plugging project construction/ reclamation project in the county of Ritchie, West Virginia, per the attached specifications and documentation. Directions to pre-bid meeting: Directions from the Charleston Area: Take I-77 North to Exit 174 Staunton Ave / WV Rte. 47. Turn left onto Rte. 47 East and continue 19 miles, then turn left onto Cairo Cisco Rd. Continue 4.9 miles and well site will be on the left in the hayfield. Directions from the Parkersburg Area: Take I-77 South to Exit 174 Staunton Ave / WV Rte. 47. Turn left onto Rte. 47 East and continue 19 miles, then turn left onto Cairo Cisco Rd.
