On-Call Natural-Surface Trail System Maintenance and Related Services

For the following project: ON-CALL TASK ORDER NATURAL-SURFACE TRAIL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & RELATED SERVICES, Job No. ONC22035. Prequalification Questionnaires delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Prequalification Questionnaires including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted. The work will consist of providing natural-surface trail maintenance and construction, habitat restoration, weed mitigation and other related services for Salt Lake City projects with a cost of less than $177,256.00 for each individual project. Multiple projects of varying contract amounts are anticipated to be awarded throughout the duration of the contract. This On-call Task Order Contract shall be in effect January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2024. This is a two-year contract but can be amended to add an additional one (1) year extension. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Prequalification Questionnaires or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
