Georgetown Village PID Improvements

The project will consist of furnishing and installing decomposed granite seating areas, installing site furniture and stone monument signage for 9 neighborhood parks. Furnishing and installing concrete sidewalks, grading of open space grassed areas, tree planting, stone monument signage, irrigation and playscape area for two City parks. Furnishing and installing planting and irrigation outside the right of way for a portion of Shell Road. Furnishing and installing sign lights and renovating planting at 5 existing neighborhood signs and 2 main entry signs.
