2021 Capital Project - Phases 2 and 3 - Mechanical Contract

Building Renovations and Classroom Pavilions. The Owner, the Guilderland Central School District, will receive separate sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete District Wide 2021 Capital Project. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 06 General Construction Work Prime Contract (GC) Contract No. 07 Plumbing Work Prime Contract (PC) Contract No. 08 Mechanical Work Prime Contract (MC) Contract No. 09 Electrical Work Prime Contract (EC) Contract No. 10 Roofing Work Prime Contract (RC) Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. This project is publicly funded. The Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The Guilderland Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation It is the intention of this Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Therefore, documents will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, may be viewed free of charge at portal under 'Public Projects', or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable charge of one-hundred dollars ($100.00).
