Information Technology Server Room A/C Replacement

Remove and replace two data air units in the IT server room, and remove and replace two outdoor condensing units. Inclusions: 1. Perform coordination with facilities to isolate/bypass applicable system alarms to include fire/smoke alarm, security, etc. 2. Demo existing IT A/C units 3. Provide and install (2) Liebert CRV rack A/C units. 4. Provide and install (2) Liebert MC condensing units. 5. Replace piping and covers on outdoor units only 6. Provide crane lift of equipment 7. Provide and install (2) service disconnects on outdoor units 8. Adapt to existing wiring 9. Perform factory start up of equipment. Exclusion: 1. Existing HVAC systems demolition or modifications not listed in scope. 2. Furnish or install structural steel supports or framing for roof mounted equipment. 3. Service or repairs to existing HVAC equipment or systems not listed in scope. 4. Moving or relocation of owner furniture and items to allow for safe work access. 5. Concrete equipment pads. 6. Roof cutting or patching. 7. Wall cutting or patching. 8. Ceiling removal or installation. 9. Painting of installed equipment, piping or duct. 10. Premium time labor activity (evenings, weekends or holidays). 11. Survey, abatement, or disposal of hazardous materials. 12. Equipment or material expediting (additional charge if available)
