The requested backup power generators and their paired ATS systems will be directly connected to the base customer side of the of the electrical power distribution panel equipment to the SMECO meters following industrial standards, the National Electric Code, and UFCs and UFGS applicable codes and standards. The contractor will be required to provide confirmation for the feasibility of the preliminary project design provided, encompassing the size of the backup power generators and the location connection from the SMECO meters to the equipment, facilities, and infrastructure sites and buildings requested, taking into account factors for maximum protection, safety and durability. The project must be completed within 270-days of award, primary execution before 6/30/2023 and design acceptance by 12/31/202. |
