Well Assessments

Provide the well assessments for the two existing water wells. Both wells have limited data on well construction and pump information. A general outline of tasks that could be required for well assessment/rehabilitation includes but not limited to: 1) Pull pumps and inspect well systems (discharge head, pump, column pipe assembly, electric wiring, tanks, and/or any other pumping/storage equipment and materials); 2) Video survey (it will help in determining the integrity of the casing/screen and general downhole conditions of the well); 3) Well assessment report (with recommendation on necessary repairs, changes and modifications needed to make each well and water system operable); 4) Can perform necessary operations as determined in previous steps to make the well operational (may include brushing, cleaning, parts replacement, another video survey, test pumping, etc.). Task number 4, can be done in next stage of the work, please provide two bids one for tasks 1,2 and 3; and another for task 4. The flexibility of time by a few months earlier or after the specified time can be accommodated. LOCATION: The Duck Valley Indian Reservation is a rectangular area approximately 20 miles long and 20 miles wide that straddles the Idaho-Nevada border. The specific location of the project is about 80 miles North of Elko, NV on Nevada State Route 225 or 113 miles South of Mountain Home, ID on Idaho State Route 51evada State Route 225. Idaho State Route 51evada State Route 225, is a paved north-south highway, the project is located directly adjacent to the highway.
