The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Renovation, Improvements and Repairs to Montgomery Plaza Dwelling Units, Memphis, TN A complete set of project construction documents will be available for viewing at the Memphis Housing Authority located at 700 Adams Avenue, Room 107, Memphis, TN 38105.
