| Description | The NPL project will replace the existing building chiller and provide cooling via fan coil units to offices located on the north side of the building. We will also upgrade lighting to LED if we are able to accept the add alternate. 1. Base Bid: a. Extend chilled water distribution system. b. Provide 2-pipe cooling-only fan-coil units to serve the north perimeter offices and laboratories. c. Integrate new equipment into BAS. 2. Additive Alternate 1: a. Replace roof-mounted cooling tower. b. Replace condenser water pump serving the cooling tower. c. Integrate replacement cooling tower and pump into the BAS. 3. Additive Alternate 2: a. Replace lighting fixtures in the affected offices and labs with LED luminaires. b. Provide lighting control system. |
