2021 Water System Improvements

BASE BID: Replace approximately 6760 l.f. of water main with new 8" Zinc-coated Class 52 D.I.P. with V-bio polyethylene encasement, 6000 s.y. of Pavement Patching Class D, 5350 s.y. of mill and overlay HMA, remove and replace fire hydrants, re-connect house services, and all other appurtenant construction on Maude Ave, Lynwood Ave., Thomas Ave., Belmont Ave., and S. Haddow Ave. ALTERNATE #1: Replace approximately 1210 l.f. of water main with new 8" Zinc-coated Class 52 D.I.P. with V-bio polyethylene encasement, 1010 s.y. of Pavement Patching Class D, 1010 s.y. of mill and overlay HMA, remove and replace fire hydrants, re-connect house services, and all other appurtenant construction on Pine Ave. and N. Haddow Ave. ALTERNATE #2: Replace approximately 2262 l.f. of water main with new 8" and 10" Zinc-coated Class 52 D.I.P. with Vbio polyethylene encasement, 1750 s.y. of Pavement Patching Class D, 2275 s.y. of mill and overlay HMA remove and replace fire hydrants, re-connect house services, and all other appurtenant construction on Patton Ave.
