2022 Aggregate Base Course Crushing and Stockpiling

Gravel is to conform to the 2015 Edition of the South Dakota Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges Aggregate Base Course Specifications. A minimum of 15,000 tons are to be crushed and stockpiled. Project completion deadline date is November 1, 2022. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or a Bank Draft of 5% of the amount Bid, made payable to Lawrence County or in lieu thereof, a Bid Bond of 10% of the amount Bid, issued by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota as a guarantee that such Bidder will enter into a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Bid. All bids shall be made on bid forms furnished by Lawrence County. The Lawrence County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein and to accept the Bid that is to the advantage and best interest of Lawrence County.
