LLW No.: 122161/122165/122179/130289/130290/130315 M00697384-I1 The Contractor shall commence Work under this Contract at a date to be specified in a Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter issued by the SCA and, shall substantially complete Work on the Project, on or before 540 continuous calendar days from the date in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 600 continuous calendar days from NTP date. The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of Two thousand ($2,000) Dollars for each and every continuous calendar day the Work shall not be substantially complete after the above-stated Substantial Completion date or any authorized extension thereof. The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of Two thousand ($2,000) Dollars for each continuous calendar day that Final Completion of the Work shall not be achieved after the above-stated Final Completion date or any authorized extension thereof.
