Description | Property is Only Accessible by Appointment With Wdfw and Landowner. Scope of Work We Are Looking for an Engineering Consultant, in Partnership With Wdfw, to Complete Final Plans and Public Works Specifications to Wdfw Standards. Hydraulic Modelling, Survey, and Construction Support May All Be Necessary for Final Design. Project Consists of Two Sites to Include Restoration Activities, Installation of Woody Structures, and Addition of Streambed Sediments. A Background in Civil, Hydrogeological, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering is Required, as Well as Experience in Coordinating With Tribes, Diking Districts, and Permitting Agencies. Final Design Shall Be Completed by March 1, 2023. Cultural Resources and Permitting Services Are Not Part of This Contract. A Qualifications-based Selection Process Will Be Used and Will Consider the Following Information: Qualifications/expertise of Firm Qualifications of Proposed Project Manager Qualifications of Key Team Members, Including Subconsultants Experience With Recent Similar Projects After Receiving Soqs, Wdfw Will Evaluate the Responding Firms' Qualifications to Form a Short List of Firms for Interviews in Late-august 2022. The Statements of Qualifications Shall Be No Longer Than 15 Pages of Content (Not Including Cover, Divider Pages, and Title Pages) and Include Lead Staff Resumes, Ability to Meet Timelines, Similar Projects Completed and General Project Approach. All Firms Are Encouraged to Submit, and There is No Preference Given for Previous Work on This Project. Please Direct Any Questions to Camp.bids@dfw.wa.gov.
