| Description |
The work includes roofing improvements to Pod A4. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the roofing (built up roofing, insulation, crickets, fascia, and trim) down to the existing lightweight concrete slab. The existing lightweight concrete deck, existing insulation below the lightweight concrete slab, and the existing structural decking is to remain on Pod A4. The new roofing includes but is not limited to the following: 3 ply built-up roofing, trim, and flashings, equipment curbs, pipe supports, and a new lightweight concrete slab on the lower corridor roof. The work also includes new inclined ship ladders, roof access ladders, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Liquidated Damages: $500.00 |
