The City through its Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management is seeking bids for improvements to Alfred M. Glickman Elementary School including installation of sediment & erosion controls; bituminous concrete pavement; drainage; earthwork; installation of owner-supplied playground equipment, prefabricated pavilion, and furnishings; fencing; coordination with Owner's poured-in-place safety surfacing vendors; site restoration and landscaping The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so.
