Inspection, Cleaning and Repair of Water Storage Systems

A. The scope of work under this contract includes but is not limited to water storage tank, clearwell and hydropneumatic tank inspections, cleaning, repairs, replacement of ancillary items and parts associated water storage tanks, including, screens, gauges/liquid level indicators, hardware, and any other ancillary items. B. The water tank systems are used to store potable or reclaimed at various locations. The following list provides a description of the tanks covered under this Contract; however, as operations expand, additional tanks may be added to the scope of this Contract. C. There are seven (7) potable/finished water storage tanks, one (1) reclaimed water storage tank, three (3) clearwells, and one (1) hydropneumatic tank. Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
