Lincoln County Fairgrounds Recreation Park Phase III

The Fair and Rodeo Grounds Project will provide a facility capable of supporting fair and rodeo functions for northern Lincoln County. Proposed improvements for the Fair and Rodeo Grounds may include: 1. A new announcer’s booth on the west arena. 2. Replacement of existing bleachers and new bleacher canopies. 3. New RV parking and hookups. 4. New horseshoe pits and playground area. 5. Paved ADA access from the parking lot to the exhibition building. 6. New lighting throughout the fairgrounds.
