Description

This project will require: Site Work, Concrete Footings and Foundation, Erection of a pre-engineered metal building, Electrical, and Plumbing. PLEASE NOTE: Plumbing and Electrical will be design build. As of October 3, 2023, an awarded General Contractor is now seeking subcontractors for this project. From orig solicitation: The Project includes the following Scope of Work: o Provide 40-foot by 70-foot metal exterior building including building specifications and plans. o Building type shall be proposed by Builder/Supplier. o Footings and foundation as required by building supplier. o Include on building two overhead doors - one 14-feet wide by 14-feet high, one 12-feet wide by 12-feet high -- and one man door or similar. o Provide garage door openers for the overhead doors. o Insulate building meeting the International Building Code. o Include in building a restroom with sewer and water connections and concrete floor. o Supply building with a 100 Amp electrical service. o Include in building a combination of natural and electrical lighting. o Provide grading to facilitate building construction. o Leave building floor natural (except restroom).
