The purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a term contract for Grounds Maintenance with a qualified vendor at the Department of Forensic Science (DFS) Eastern Laboratory located in Norfolk, VA. The term of the contract shall be for (1) year, with four (4) one-year renewal options.
