| Description | Bids will be opened publicly and read at a special meeting of Washington Township Board of Supervisors on February 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The contract may be awarded at this meeting as well. Interested parties may pick up a bid packet at the office of the Washington Township Solicitor, John M. Purcell, 55 East Church Street, Uniontown, PA 15401, (724) 437-2711. All bids must be made on the Bid Form included in the Bids section of the Request for Bids and be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and clearly labeled to show the name and address of the bidder, the statement "SEALED BID FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION", and be addressed to: Washington Township ATTN: Amy Naulty 1390 Fayette Avenue Belle Vernon, PA 15012 Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and completed in strict accordance with the instructions provided. Adherence to Instructions to Bidders is required. The right is reserved by the Township to reject any and/or all Bids, totally or in part, or to waive informalities in any Bid. |
