Whitehall Football Stadium Improvements - HVAC Construction

The project consists of alterations and improvements to the Whitehall High School Football Stadium located on Zephyr Boulevard in Whitehall, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Construction Contract: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Selective demolition of existing HVAC Systems. b. Rooftop air handling units. Roof curbs for this equipment are to be furnished by the HVAC Contractor and installed by General Contractor. All required supplemental steel for this equipment to be provided by the HVAC contractor. c. Terminal HVAC equipment including radiation and unit heaters. d. Exhaust fans, and associated ductwork, and roof curbs. Roof curbs for this equipment are to be furnished by the HVAC Contractor and installed by General Contractor. All required supplemental steel for this equipment to be provided by the HVAC contractor. e. Installation of ductwork and duct accessories for air systems including all grilles, registers and diffusers. f. Installation of thermal and acoustical insulation for ductwork, and associated equipment. g. Automatic temperature control systems. h. HVAC system Testing, Adjusting and Balancing will be performed by the Owner.
