| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the surveillance, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal components of the IPM Program. The Contractor shall provide detailed, site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention. Cleanup of Infestations When requested, the contractor will provide staff and materials to clean up specified areas of pest infestation. This clean-up will be done in a way that contains and controls dust so that it will not leave the area of the clean-up. This clean-up will eliminate any potential contagion from the specified pest. If needed for pricing, cleanup cost could be by square foot. Cleanup of interstitial or mechanical or crawl space areas may be a different cost than cleanup of habitable spaces. |
