| Description | Work consists of removal and replacement of the existing cedar shake shingled roof on the Freeman school, Coal Shed and Girls Privy, to include) Ice Shield (Bitumen membrane) underlayment, drainage layer, flashing, and installation of a new roof that shall be Cedar shake. No alternative may be used. This must be a Cedar Shingle at this location. Proper nails with 50-year, rust resistant must be used to install shingles. Impact Test, UL 2218, Class 4 Wind Test, ASTM D 3161, Certified to 110+ MPH Cedar Shakes as determined by COR. 30-year warranty |
