Description

All Bids must include a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance and a Criminal Background Affidavit. Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Deadline for RFI Submissions: July 19, 2023; 12:00PM Deadline for RFI Responses: July 20., 2023; 5:00PM Submit RFI's to Scott Smith, Integrated Design Solutions, LLC, 1441 W. Long Lake, Suite 200, Troy, Michigan 48098, (248) 823-2105, ssmith@ids-michigan.com This Specification, in conjunction with the Drawings, establishes the requirements necessary to achieve the intended performance and function of the AV Systems. This section includes the following: 1. Ford, Eisenhower, Stevenson & Utica High Schools Performing Arts Centers 2. Auxiliary Services Center Conference Room 3. Eisenhower Commons and Main Office spaces 4. Heritage Junior High, Stevenson and Eisenhower High School classrooms Base Bid Scope Includes the following: 1. Henry Ford II High School, Eisenhower High School, Stevenson High School and Utica High School Performing Arts Centers, provide labor, materials, programming and configuration services to demolish the existing wireless microphone systems and turn over to Owner and install new wireless microphone systems. 2. The Base Bid manufacturer for the Performing Arts Centers microphone systems is Shure. Due to potential supply chain issues, a Mandatory Alternate is being requested to provide Sennheiser microphone systems. Refer to the Bid Form for additional information. 3. Auxiliary Services Center, provide labor, materials, programming and configuration services to demolish the existing audio/video system and turn over to Owner and install a new audio/video system. 4. Eisenhower Commons and Main Office, provide labor and materials to provide new LCD displays. 5. Heritage Junior High, Stevenson and Eisenhower High School classrooms provide labor, materials, programming and configuration services to reconfigure and/or demolish the existing classroom AV systems and turn over to Owner and install new classroom AV systems 6. Provide all low voltage cabling (including Category 6) to support the installations. 7. Limited electrical work to add 120v outlets, raceways and boxes will be provided by the District's construction manager. AV contractor shall work with District's construction manager, electrician and technology designer to coordinate locations of LCD monitors, projectors and sound systems with the electrician. 8. Provide all miscellaneous components as shown and as necessary to provide a fully functional system in each space as specified and as intended. 9. All equipment programming and passwords shall be turned over to the Owner at the completion of the project as part of the closeout documentation
