Description | SP 042-070-014 - Durable Pavement Markings Major Quantities Comprising Approximately: 4 Solid Line Multi-Component 377,519.00 Lin Ft 6 Solid Line Multi-Component 961,603.00 Lin Ft This project has a Race Gender Neutral (0%) DBE Goal (1) In order to be a registered plan holder you must purchase a paper plan/proposal set OR sign in to the Lyon County OneOffice Public Dashboard to download the appropriate bid documents. All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Lyon County Engineer. Sealed Bids should be mailed to Aurora Heard, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN, 56258 and should be clearly marked as a sealed bid for SP 042-070-014. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bidder's bond, payable to the Lyon County Treasurer, for at least 5% of the amount bid. The Lyon County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
