Construction of Steel-Frame Multi-Purpose Building

The project will include demolition to the existing Fare Free Office building, the Sign Storage Building, and the existing repair garage. The project includes the construction of a steel-frame "Multi-purpose Building" which will house offices for the Fare Free Department, the Health Department offices and associated storage areas for trailers, a repair garage for the Road Department and shared by the Fare Free Department, and associated support space for these functions. A freestanding Sign-Shop Building will be constructed with offices, sign fabrication areas, and a storage area for the signs and associated installation materials. A new salt shed will be cons-tructed on the site. A drive-through wash bay building will be cons-tructed on the site. A series of covered steel-frame storage sheds will also be constructed on the project site. Existing building 107 will be renovated at the southwest corner of the site and those renovations will largely be related to new interior finish material
