Description

As of September 30, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The intent of the City is to procure the services of one (1) qualified General Contractor related to the construction of The Port District - Park & Playground Infrastructure and Improvement Project. This project is located at 2454 SE Westmoreland Boulevard. This project includes the construction of a City Park to be located on the Westmoreland site to include a playground and parking lot consisting of an over water stage and seating, paving and drainage, potable water, sanitary sewer, sheet pile retaining wall, kayak docks, landscaping, irrigation, CTX prefabricated restroom, and site lighting improvements. All work shall be in accordance with the construction plans identified below: o Civil Plan set prepared by Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. consisting of pages 1 - 17. o Hardscape Plan set prepared by Lucido & Associates consisting of pages 1 - 2. o Irrigation Plan set prepared by Lucido & Associates consisting of pages 1 - 8. o Landscape Plan set prepared by Lucido & Associates consisting of pages 1 - 5. o Lighting & Electrical Plan set prepared by Wojcieszak & Associates consisting of pages 1 - 4. o Playground Plan set prepared by Landscape DE consisting of pages 1 - 50. o Structure Plan set prepared by American Consulting Engineers consisting of pages 1 - 21. This is a very high-profile project, and the Contractor shall take all means necessary to ensure a successful, timely project. The Contractor must have all the required licenses and certifications necessary to perform this work. The approved Licenses for this work include a State of Florida General Contractor License.
