Carpet, Upholstery and Panel Fabric Maintenance

The Contractor shall provide Carpet Maintenance Services using a mix of inorganic water-base dry carpet cleaning compound process, upholstery cleaning methods and water extraction method, for listed City of Loveland Facilities. The method will be at the discretion of the contractor, whichever method they deem necessary for the desired results. This list includes, without limitation, the following: • BEET • Chilson Rec. Center • Development Center • Fleet Operations Building • Library • Maintenance Operations Center • Municipal Building • Museum • Northern Colorado Law Enforcement Training Center (NCLETC) • Parks Shop • Police & Courts Building • Pulliam Community Building • PWA Building • Rialto Theater • Rialto Theater Center • Service Center • All other City facilities as specified by the City.
