This contract is for the delivery of precast manholes. This contract is for the fiscal year 2021-202, July 1, 2021 — June 30, 2022, and may be renewed on an annual basis in one (1) year increments up to three (3) additional years if all terms, conditions, and prices remain unchanged and both parties are in written agreement. Prices contained herein are to be firm for the term of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to re-bid anytime during the term of the contract.
