The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price construction contract for Powell Butte RNA Fence Repair located at within the vicinity of Prineville District area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Contractor shall be required to (a)commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b)prosecute the work diligently, and (c)complete the entire work ready for use not later than two-hundred sixty-five (265) days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard $16.5 million. The basis of award will be price only. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 05/03/2022. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
