| Description | Grove Food Truck Parking Lighting Improvement Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. Late submissions will not Be accepted. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in favor of Mayfield Village. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than April 1, 2024. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County and Mayfield Village, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239. Mayfield Village reserves the right to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
