Description

To provide an on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform plumbing, compressor, roof, and general maintenance and repairs for various buildings and facilities. Agreement shall also include annual maintenance of plumbing, compressors, and roofs at both site locations.
